Campaign Certification

The Political Workers Guild does not endorse candidates. Campaign certification is not an endorsement. Rather, certifications signify that a campaign is a leader in fair labor standards and is committed to ensuring that political workers receive just compensation and treatment by those running for office

Members of the Guild have developed seven campaign labor standards that candidates must meet to obtain campaign certification. Those standards, the certification platform, were developed by campaign professionals with decades of combined experience, with an eye towards benefiting workers while also benefiting the campaigns they work for. We believe that a well-treated staff is a high-performing staff, and that high-performing staff win elections.
